Hi, this is my first post so hope I do ok.
We have just bought a pond setup with a gravity fed filter system. All is great apart from the pump. It is a superfish pond eco plus E10000. When I plug it in it doesn't work but when I unplug it it momentarily starts and shoots the water out. I have tried the obvious, changed plug and socket, checked wiring and fuse, all seems ok. I have never ever come across this before, it has me baffled!! Has anyone ever experienced this before or any suggestions what I can try before having to spend out on a new pump. Thanks in advance for any advice.
