drawing up plan for a pond , would be apron 1, 200-1,400 gal. would having just a skimmer and stream/waterfall with uv be enough , fish load would be 6 koi at most

IMO NO 6 KOI IF THEY ARE OF QUALITY can grow to 20 inches each in as little as 2 years. odds are it will be more like 4 years . but at that point the 6 koi could be a total of 120 ponds. A BIO FALLS AND A SKIMMER OR A SKIMMER AND A BOG WOULD BE ADVISABLE\
