Thrid picture down is a white koi left of the white goldfish. It has a light orange hew on its head. I got it because it had no color and I wanted to see what it would turn into. It may stay like it is though.

I read somewhere to go out to take pictures on cloudy, dark, gray days and the glare is not as bad. Don't know if it's true cuz it's always dark and cloudy here and my pix seem to have glare also. Maybe go out just before dusk........grasping here

Try standing with the main light in front of you, I can see the best into my pond from the house when the sun is to the south, when it swings around west the reflection makes the water look solid. The other thing that works well stand back use your telephoto (if you have) and stand up / squat down until you get your least reflection, also the fish don't see you and poof being camera shy lil fellows.

if you are using a slr camera you could get a polarizing lens which would reduce surface reflection,
Yep those work great too, I have a digital slr cannon it handles things like this nicely. But the point and shoot not as well.

Yea I'll have to look into the filter. I have filters for my old cannon. Just picked up this
D5000 nikon. Still learning the 100's of gadgets on it lol.
