GF swimming on side and small circles

No signs of bellyswelling or budging eyes. Body is sightly curved and there's a bright red spot on it's head by the gills. Any suggestions on illness and possible treatment? I will try to take better pics.

she maybe missing her right fin
tried to scoop her up to check but she gets away
Anyone been able to raise a fish with a missing fin?

I had a koi that had a fin missing. Guessing it hatched that way and I missed it when I culled the fry. It did fine.
