I take one capsule of Curcumin with breakfast, one with supper. Still get some mild pains in my left shoulder, but the right one is fine now, and no more pain in my hands except if I really overdo it. The things you learn on a pond site!

j.w...have you considered taking niacin before your walks? niacin is quite valuable in nutrient exchange in your body. releasing toxins (metabolites) from your fatty tissues to be sweated out or eliminated in urine. and aid in nutrient absorbtion. the heavier the cardio the more effective it is...

No never tried that koiguy. Wonder if it would help w/ foot cramping in the evening? I'll look into it,thanks :)

Ok just noticed it is in my Vit B complex but only 25mg's per dose. That might not be enough?

Niacin is also for high cholesterol, but it makes me flush big time, not in the multi vitamin stuff, but as a stand alone pill, anything above 500 mg's.

Yes I saw that in the side effects. I bet it would do that to me also as my heat meter is already messed up. I don't want to have to deal w/ that even more.

What about onions every day?? I hear that if you eat a onion every day it will scare cancer away! I have been eating fried or raw onion on everything and I just feel so good after eating the onions! Plus it makes you regular as well!

An apple a day keeps the doctor away..................now it's onions? Onion breath 24/7 will keep more than just cancer away.......................all human life will stand from afar w/ clothespins on their snozz's
