One (1) teaspoon per day will bring the salinity up very slowly minimizing any stress to the fry and also keeping the total salt content to absolutely no more than is needed. Some time in the future reduction of the salt content must be done through water changes. Maintaining a level of salinity in a fresh water tank or pond is no longer recommended.
