Water Temps are in the high 30s, most of my other koi are doin fine but today I check on the and noticed one of them acting strange and just laying on the bottom so I picked him
Up and noticed this. Any clue

It looks like mouth rot, or an ulcer, however I don't have treatment information. I'm sorry :(

Do you think he had it for quite awhile and you just noticed it since he started acting ill? Doesn't look like something that appeared overnight. Sorry you lost him. Now hope you can find out what it was in case it's contagious.

I'd say (from the picture) that it's mouth rot from flukes. You'll need to treat the entire pond, or risk losing more fish.

Try Praziquantel . You can find it on-line.
