Lotus or Water Lily?

I recently moved into my new house and as springs advances and everything blooms, I discovered in the pond 3 beautiful flowers. At first I thought they were Lotus flowers but then I read online that they could also be water lilies.

I understood that the main visible difference is that the Lotus leaves are above the water while the lily leaves float on the water. As you can see in the pics below I have both...
For the rest I'm not sure what other info I can give you to help figure it out, other than that it closes and opens depending on the sun a little.

If needed I can take more pictures!

Thanks in advance!

All the ones I see in your photos look like water lilies.
I don't have experience with Lotuses however of all the lotus photo's I've seen, yours definitely look like water lilies.

I have both in my pond and while they look similar until the lotus leaves come above the surface, lily pads will have a V shaped gap in the pad while the lotus will be completely solid. Yours look like lilies.
