My family and I were in Rajistan India last year and went into a really great Buddha shop in a shopping market in a smaller city. We decided not to buy any because it was really early in our tour and didn't want to have to lug it all over the country. The Indian Buddhas have a longer face than the Chinese ones and are really cool. There were some really nice ones under $100 which were definitely in our budget and some into the 1000's of dollars that were rare and collectible. Some of the detail in the carvings were really amazing. It was a decision we really regretted. Our last stop was Deli and we looked all over including the tourist shops where they escort you through 4 floors of merchandise and show you everything they have including rugs, clothing, jewelry etc. and still didn't find anything. Since then I have checked all over and even Amazon but nothing even close :(

Audio. Great pictures and video of your fish. How much do you feed them every day? I liked the Koi show video but what's up with the other one with the gold colored Koi? The poster called it a showa. I can't believe that's a showa or very valuable fish,

Angela. That sounds really cool. Definitely post some pictures of it when you can.

I will! I'm collecting everything now and working on my pagoda this winter so by spring it should be looking pretty good.

Sounds great so I hope you'll share pics with us!
...and while you're looking for your Buddha statue if you come across a nice sleeping dragon or gargoyle let me know....I used to have one but I forgot it outside and the winter cracked it beyond repair

Will do Gemma!

Koi show video? I'm not sure what you mean. Perhaps YouTube is on autoplay and played another video by someone else?

Lately I've just been feeding once a day due to the falling temps.

Really beautiful fish Audio. So how are you going to stop??
Re my other comments I guess if you go on the site but don't log in you see ads. I was looking at a you tube of supposedly $2 million dollar Koi and thought you posted it.

That video is bogus but the $60000 koi video posted by The Pond Digger is valid.

Audio. I know a Showa is a black body with red and white colors on it, and a Sanke is a white bodied fish with red and black. Is that right? To me they look very similar sometimes. How do you tell the difference? I would have guessed that both your new fish were Sankes.
