These are related to the chagoi and Soragoi. The Soragoi are a solid grey Koi.
The first one is mine and the next one is a hog owned by a friend.

would you be willing to fess up to how much $. I will respect your privacy if you say no. Tell us how big he was when you got him, how big he is now, how old he is, etc.

I try to stay away from breeding. Unless you want to cull a lot of young fish and use them for fertilizer. Their hard to give away.

Besides that I probably use a chagoi and a soragoi to get the best Ochiba.
That would mean I would need to buy a soragoi.

Well then buy a soragoi and send me the babies! I bet they'd be beautiful!

But, seriously, I know what you're saying. I've avoided breeding all these years....it's lots of work and responsibility....

The last time I bred anything were Wakins. There were 125, I didn't have to cull them the tobies did. I ended up with 7 big tobies.

LOL! I think they're great fish...why the head banging? If you're going to have goldfish in a pond, you've gotta have wakin or watonai. There's nothing like 'em when seen from above.
