Looks like you got lots of work to do Addy, what color are you painting it? I think I am going to go with deep brown and dark blue with one yellow wall in my bathroom. The tiles are mostly blue. When I took my drywall out around the tub I noticed the outside wall are all solid wood, like 12 inches wide, looks like almost 2 inches thick, and quite long strips of solid wood. They don't do that anymore! Glad to have solid wood on the outside of house, the wind will have a hard time blowing me down!! Ha ha. :)

Most likely any paint will be white and just from where ever we stop the tile to the ceiling. We still need to pick out the color of the tile for the walls, have the tile for the floor already, stone looking rough, non slippery.

Lmao fishin! It was not clean enough to ummmmmmmmmmmm lay on the floor!

My aerator formed ice around the diffuser 2 feet below the water surface. It was weighted down with a rock (need a bigger rock!) The diffuser floated to the surface covered in ice. I had to go out and break the ice (did not pound on it) to get the diffuser down under water again. Now the hole is opening up again.

Our ice is around 4 inches on the small ponds, 2 inches on the big pond (away from the diffuser)

Full sun right now which helps, snow might be coming later.

I put my diffuser in a flower pot with lava rock around it .I drilled a hole in the pot so the hose was tight when I pushed it through and then put rocks around with a net over it makes the air bubbles spread out more .Then I took it out as I got the new aerator and have not put that in yet .The hose was bigger on the new one and plus old hose was not as long as I wanted it .Also old hose was clear and new hose is black

It is cold jw, the new pond has 5 inch thick ice, the lotus tub around 4 inches, the big pond 2-3 inches.

The deck ponds look like they are frozen solid. Which I expected since there is no insulation, they are on a deck and shallow.

Love the patterns ice makes

Even looks like clouds

See the black diffuser that I what I am using, it makes a volcano of bubbles.

The air line is 3/4 inch. I would make a nice pot, rocks something permanent, but it is only in the pond over the winter. I have not been running an aerator in the summer. Did manage to brave the ice water got a big rock tied to the tube and sank it again.

I have plenty of water movement in the summer with the bog and water fall, aeration is not an issue. I used to run it, then decided it was not really needed. The ice hole has really opened more since I got the ice melted off the diffuser. We are also warmer than yesterday, a nice warm 23 right now, wind chill of 10 though..............
