You'll figure it out addy when the weather is warm enough to get at it and find the leak. Smack some of that good gooey stuff on there w/ a patch and all will be rosey red

lol I looked a few times, briefly. There is a lot of carpet type algae on the sides, I will need to scrub it off to find the hole. I think the easiest thing is to pull it up out of the hole find the leak, I might just put a piece of liner back in.

Use the tub for my vermicasting.

Snow is very pretty! That squirrel looks like he wanted to be up close and personal with your flood lights, or maybe your outside cameras? Maybe he/she is aspiring to be an actor on the big screen. :)

Those are the camera's not enough electricity to fry him if he did chew the wires. All he did was climb up look into the house, hung round for a little then took off. Was funny, lol

Maybe he's the one who caused your power to be out at the pond. He prolly peed on the connections or something. Cute little guy tho!
Your snow looks pretty even if not very much of it.

Do you have a fair bit of ice in your pond these days? Maybe not cause I don't think your ground freezes too hard, you still get nice temperatures during the day. Then your cold nights are shorter and your days are longer, your sun rose at 7:14am this morning, does not rise here till 7:52am and my sun sets 11 minutes earlier than yours today, at 5:22pm. So you get 49 more minutes of sun today then me here in Medicine Hat. All these little differences add up and that's why you can't just look at temperature lows. Then too our nights may not be colder these last few days, but the frost is still deep in the ground and slowly coming out. Hopefully the deep cold is gone for good here, but somehow I think old MaN winter has another shot of cold weather still coming....

CE your daytime temperatures are still going to be much warmer then mine I see, today your are for cast to reach a high of 46 and I will reach a high of only 37, and your sun rose at 6:58am! That's a bleeping whole hour and six minutes more than me! It's still pitch black here, sun not up for another 50 minutes or so here! Ya so I don't feel bad for hogging all the nice weather! Up here past the 49th parallel, I will take all the sun and warm weather I can get! He he he

Haha, I will tell the sun to see you sooner in the mornings, and stay up higher so you get more of him in the afternoons, too! I am thankful for every minute of sunshine I get around here, although none so far today. Chance of rain this morning, so likely will be cloudy all day.
My goldfish pond is less than 50% covered with ice, koi pond about 2/3 covered with ice. Seems the air bubbler is not doing as well as the water bubbler, or maybe it has to do with the goldfish pond more IN the ground, and the koi pond above ground level by about 12"! Still haven't gotten the bog up and running again, been about 5 days since electricity went off during the day, and it shut down. Will try to plug it in tonight, after a nice warm day and rain! Bog on the koi pond got ice and pushed up and over the back edge, causing some leakage back there, which was not a good thing. I'll have to rethink keeping that up and running in the future with cold snaps that come fast and furious overnight. Pretty sure the stream can get turned on by this evening, too. I would do it now, but with the overnight lows below freezing, I don't want to take the chance of breaking a pipe, and tonight I can watch to make sure all is well.
