What are the little critters scurrying about on the path before the fox?
Looked like the rabbits and a squirrel, they all come up the bird feeders for droppings.
I want to upgrade my cameras, get some of the high def ones. Wish I had caught it on the ptz, but it did not stay in the yard long enough to get the remote, get the camera turned to it.

That's pretty cool Addy, I wish I lived a next to the creek down the road here. There's lots of wildlife along there, I'd set my cameras up to catch some of it. Where we use to live I use to enjoy catching all sorts of wildlife wandering through, but I'm in more of a city lot now and my cameras are more for keeping an eye on my sociopathic neighbor than any wildlife.

My little girl loves to carry apples into the house. She sniffs each one picks out the one she wants to bring inside. Other times she carries them around the yard and buries them i.e. leaves in the grass, under plants.

She chews on them for a while

I have gotten a pink seed and around 6 white. Hoping the cream one will give me a good seed this year. Will offer up after they are done maturing.

I'm sooo jealous of your lotus ... and your carnivorous plants, too. Addy. But, so wonderful to get to enjoy them on here when you post pics! I was able to get a bunch of seeds to sprout, but not sure what I did afterwards, but they all died. Maybe I needed air in the large pots of water I put them in. Had kitty litter in the bottom. Figured if I could get them to grow in there, then I would move the pot to the pond, but never got that far, darn it.
And, that little sprite is sure a cutie!

My lotus are on their 3rd undisturbed year. I have read they need to be divided now and then or they slow down blooming. Need to read up on it again. If I do groom them and do get tubers I will for sure send some to my friends. Notice the IF lol I have debated starting some of the seeds, but sort of in my lazy mode.

Our little one is 6 months now, she takes up most of my time, non stop joy.

Well, since I had my chance with nice tubers last spring, and they all failed, I don't want to take any that you may have now or in the future. I'd rather see someone else try that may have a chance at them living! I think I would need to have them in the pond, with moving water, rather than in a lone pot by itself. In the meantime, I am going to continue to try the seeds. I have a bunch more, all different colors ... but since they have not thrived, I have no idea if they are really the colors they said or not! LOL I know someone on here said to not start the seeds except when you can start them outside, and that proved true for me. I tried starting them inside ... was anxious and the weather was too cool, but they thrived for a while, then died. Come to think of it, the ones I started outside did the same thing, but the algae in the pot may have taken over them, too. Not sure. So, hopefully someone else will someday get a tuber, or start seeds, and let me know what I am doing wrong. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy your pretty flowers, Addy. :blueflower:

Non stop Colleen, We walk her every day on the beach, one place we can let her run free, That early in the am, like 630a, it is pretty empty. I pick her up if we get near any other dogs. Love watching the sun come up. She has become a real cliff climber, i.e. the tall cut off sand cliffs. She just loves the running.

Nice shots addy and love the ocean views! Missy looks like she really likes being there too.
Cute ducks and hope they made it to a safe spot!

Those ducks have a life of ease, they live in the 55 plus development, landscaping, people feeding them, safe little bushes to hide in.
