A 6m x 4m liner = 20 feet x 14 feet liner

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question?

That is the size of the liner that you will need in feet. You may have to buy it a little larger if you don't want to buy the stuff they have at the hardware stores.

Concrete is a lot of work and cost. Its size and shape can never be changed, and if it cracks, nearly impossible to fix. You have to treat the concrete to make sure your fish are not poisened by the lime and other chemicals in the cement. I have had several and will never do it again.
