I bought him yesterday at our local "bird" store, WILD BIRD CENTER. The tag lists the company as LAND & SEA, and web address as www.LSNATURE.COM. I went there, but didn't find the gator listed .
I GOOGLED "floating alligator," but this one didn't show up. IDK....
I'll check with WILD BIRD CENTER to see if there is a retail link. The price was about the same as the AQUASCAPES one.
BTW, I did doctor "James" a little. He was a mono-tone green. I used outdoor (PATIO PAINTS) acrylic paints to make his mouth red & teeth white, as well as doing some shading so he'd look more realistic & stand out better.
Now, all he has to do is earn his keep!

Very good idea on the doctoring TM. I like the bright red mouth and the white teeth. They stand out really well and .........hey it might even attract hummingbirds. Get your camera ready as that would be a neat shot of the bird in the gators mouth :biggrin:
