Simple ideas always seem to have the most disastrous consequences when ignored and this is no exception. It is now that time of year that the deadline comes to start switching your turtles indoor lighting to summer time. Yes you need to leave the lamps on for at least 10 hours a day and a night or preferable led blue lights on at night so their internal clocks can click over to summer. If you are unsure about when to do this (should have done this by now but still okay) you can always see the time tables on the rescue website or come into the rescue and I can show you how we do it here including getting you a pretty discount on some Foster & Smith lamps :D
