The planters inside the mini pond! And then cats drinking from the water fall. As I suspected, it’s their new favorite water source.

Update. I decided to rearrange the plants in the bog, I see that it’s got a build up of gunk in it. Removed all the plants, about half the rock, then walked away to let the water rinse the gunk away. Came back, worked on how I want the plants, to minimize the cats removing plants I have in there, and got the plants and rock set up how I want. Cats aren’t being brats removing plants, just knocking out things that I have set there by being careless as they walk around or across the bog. I found a lost tulip bulb and several very dry dead sprigs of herbs they had “removed”. Sky is the worst, she likes the window behind the bog. Well, I need to set up a trellis type set up for the pothos, it’s grown quite a bit. I topped off the pond, so water is a bit stirred up in the picture. Lights aren’t cooperating with me right now, I can’t seem to get good pictures of the pond.

The roots are long on the pothos. I’ll have to put the spider plant in soil at some point, it’s not as happy in the water, but the pothos is just booming.

I used to grow pothos just in water, draped everywhere. Here I have only succulents we can leave the plants for months without water and none die.

Pothos is one plant I can manage not to kill most of the time. I’ve got one in the aquarium where the roots are almost the full height of the tank. I’m watching it grow daily, it’s amazing.
