I just checked and you are correct. Carp aquaculture must now be a growing enterprise in the UK.
It is still non-reportable in the U.S.

Do you have a link into that Meyer I cant find when it was made notifiable in the UK on the CEFAS/DEFRA website but I know it is?

It wasn't just one site but several that verified that it was reportable in the UK at present. I don't know exactly what year it was listed but I do know that it was identified in the UK in 2006 and by 2014 it was already a reportable disease.
BTW- It is also not a reportable disease in Canada.
