That's exactly how it looked by me this morning, minus the picturesque pond and background! The snow all melted a couple hours later.

Always blows my mind when a little death " tree stump and dead tree can bring a pond to life

Hot tub pond fan tails are showing off today. You can see the trap door snails hanging off the plant stems.

I just watched a massive bullfrog eat another frog. Wanted to intervene but nothing I could do.

Found out today a wood chuck has moved in under my shed and has started digging fortunately on the outside of the pond so far. He is going to find a have a heart trap and get moved to a new home.

The pond and bog is coming alive. Daffodils blooming like crazy.

Almost dry! One of my filters clogged and drained most of water out. 2 pumps ran dry, 3rd that was running clogged filter was half exposed. Luckily it's cold so fish don't seem to notice low water

I need to get the stream running on my list. First I have to walk the stream and fix all the deer damage. They make a mess over winter snacking on the plants.
