We strolled a art show enjoying the 80 degree weather, want to share a few things:

I love glass art and love Chihuly glass .I saw some of his glass art in a public garden and it was fantastic .His hand blown glass and his flowers and water art

We've been getting rain and some dustings of snow in the mornings. Soon, we likely to get the real thing, but in the meantime, it's sure pretty.

I thought that might be Chihuly's work. We met him back in the early 80's, a friend was working for him and introduced us. At the time he was also a collector of bright colored catalin (plastic) art deco radios from the 30s and 40s. We had a chance to take either cash or a small piece of his art glass in trade. We needed the $300 more than the art piece, OOPS!

Beautiful picture Steve, and Sissy I loved them all, I couldn't afford any of them, well could have charged it BUT!

I grabbed a card, didn't get a photo, but these also were so neat, 175 for one done on a piece of coral around the size of a small apple. Glass art

Just a little rain last night but see Dollywood is in danger of burning down now .Warm out already 56 degrees at 10 am

Woke up to 10 degrees this morning after a nasty blowing snowstorm finally moved out. Supposed to hit a high of 33 today here in sunny northern Arizona. So grateful for global warming, so I don't have to watch for polar bears when I go out to shovel the snow. Forecast for 0 degree wind chill for tonight, and extended 10 day weather outlook shows we won't see temps rising above the 30s for highs. We need to start spewing a little more carbon into the atmosphere.

Partly sunny here with a low last night of 20. My larger pond was 75% frozen over this morning.
