Time is running out for this winter though.
There's some plants in the greenhouse that are sprouting new leaves from the warmth!

I had just a nice small snow, and I'm happy if that is all I get this winter. I would like for you to get a nice snow, too, JW, then we would all be happy and ready for spring! It was in the low 40's here this morning, so I went to work with turtleneck and fleece vest. Yikes, come lunchtime, I was wishing I had a coat. Winds picked up and clouds came out, and it was bone chilling. Walked one block to restaurant from my girlfriend's office, and we about froze, especially on the way back into the wind. Brrrr .... tomorrow the sun is to come out in the afternoon, and no wind. Sounds great to me! 46 on Saturday! Going to help another girlfriend with her chicken coop on Sat. Need to get my horses out and go for a ride this weekend if possible, too!

We have a possibility of more coming this weekend, next week. Wait and see. We have cold hitting warm wet, maybe, that is what gives us the big snow dumps.

Here it snows and is usually melted within a few days to a week. Very seldom do we get a all winter snow layer.

already in 40's here Same here we get snow and then next day it is warm and melts .Farmers do need some snow and frozen ground to help there fields and not sure they are going to get that this year .

Noreaster coming here Saturday and then another storm Monday with 4+ inches of snow. I guess that means any plans for anniversary are cancelled again. At least its a nice warm 45F now.

Got our lovely rain back now. I mean if it was just a little colder we would have tons of snow but noooooooooooooo, we are sitting in the 40's w/no hope at all. Hope it clears up later so I can get a dry walk in. It is not very inviting to walk out the door into drenching wetness
Our weather is depressing. No wonder we have so many serial killers here

Beautiful day and currently 45 degrees Fahrenheit. By Monday we should get to 50 degrees Fahrenheit! ! That is super nice weather for January in Medicine Hat!!

Noreaster coming, prediction of sleet, snow, ice for the next 4 days. All depends on the flow of the cold hitting the hot warm as to what we end up with. Right now saying 100% chance of 1-3, which could end up as more........... you never know. All starting tonight.

Record warm temperatures forecast for this weekend.
A lot of outdoor skating rinks are closed due to melting.
I feel bad for the hockey teams and the games that are cancelled.

We are getting light rain and down to 37 degrees and sunday supposed to be 50 and next week mid 40's and then saturday back up to 50's .it was foggy earlier as temp dropped fog got really thick
