OK, I was reading the other thread, and looking at the pics here. Can you get a better close up of the glass from inside the pond when it is drained down? What exact kind of sealant you used, and where the seepage is coming from? This is a really cool deal, I hope it's not a major deal to fix. How thick is that glass? Lexan?

yes its a bummer
glass 25.5mm thick [two 12 mm laminated together ]
sealant used gold label black for rubber liner usage
on closer looking at glass , seepage coming from outer ,back spacer, which i removed the day after, then filled the hole with the same sealant.
my thinking .....should of sealed it at the same time as installation, so it all bonds together, .....now its just sealant on sealant.....if you catch my drift.
will look at it again today report back tonight.....

Well i think i found the problem.

When fitting liner to window i had to cut liner to reduce the gather of liner so to get liner to lay flat against wall.
When checking today found 10mm gap in patch over cutout.
on putting my foot on it ....a jet of water shot out,,,
So i removed patch and re-stuck it placing a block on it to take any streach out.
Water was travelling up gap up fold putting extra pressure on bottom seal .

SO HOPEFULLY ALL WELL........just pleased i found a problem...will leave to harden and try in a few days again

well pond half full....half inch pipe take for ever.....8am......6pm constant flow....hopefully finish off tomorrow ....all going well. :fingersx:
