A Sad Occasion

Twenty years ago tonight, Swissair flight 111 ended its trip in the chilly waters off Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia, with the loss of all 229 on board. They are gone, but not forgotten. It is an eerie feeling, standing at the monument overlooking the site of the disaster!

I am a fan of the Mayday, Air Crash Investigation shows. Swiss Air 111 was so tragic — they almost, almost made it.....!
