I have a fountain that I just set up for the first time. The fountain is an urn that sits on the base that holds the water. The pump pumps water up the urn to a certain level, but then the water recedes and air bubbles form below the water line. Any suggestions on what might be the problem and how we can fix it?

It sounds like an air leak. You might check the seal between the urn and the base. Also, look to see if the water hose is secure.

Can't get a photos or video until next weekend... We will look at water hose connection for starters, as I thought that might be the problem.
