Cant really help you this time Maggie as I dont live in the US and dont know what treatments you have over there .
Meyer can more than probably point you in the right direction , so you have flukes eh question both move towards the gill area which one do you have Gyrodactylus or skin fluke or Dacttlogyrus or body fluke as they are both very similar in their shape etc

Oh that didnt read right that should be Gyrodactylus or skin flukes Dactylogyrus or gill fluke sorry Maggie
