No fins? Oh wait... I see perhaps they are clamped firmly to the body.... but still not the fins of a healthy fish. Tail is a bit ragged - looks like some serious fin rot? (Sarassas generally have longer, more substantial fins/tail) White cloudy water can be a sign of a bacterial bloom... and/or dissolved organic stuff in the water (fish poop, decaying plants, etc). So sorry , I know how frustrating/heartbreaking this kind of thing can be.

It looks like a parasitic “ulcer”.. from what I can see in the images. I used “melafix” in my own pond (about 800 gallon pond) and it cured and stopped any others from dying.

You can either “quarantine” the sick ones and treat them or you can dose the entire pond (that can get expensive) if you can’t catch the ones who seem sick..

The fish doesn't look healthy to me. Is the red streaking in the tail fin the way it normally appears? The pinkish tint to the other fins leads me to believe it died from a secondary bacterial infection. This generally starts with poor water conditions and the fishes overall health suffers, allowing parasites (always in the water) , the opportunity to enter the fish through reduced slime coat etc.

I also agree with @addy1 that the fish appears very thin. I'm still stumped as your water parameters are good. If it were my pond, I'd probably remove the remaining fish to a smaller tank and treat with a broad spectrum medication, while providing good aeration. Without a microscope you can't know exactly what to treat for.

Really sorry this is happening :(

I don't know if i removed all of the sick fish. So since the pond is empty now what if there are dead fish trapped behind the many rocks is it still possible for them to poison the pond?
