@qclabrat, yes I picked up a number of plants yesterday. Some are for the bog and some for the pond. For the bog I got:

Corkscrew Rush
Obedient Plant
Cardinal Flower
Horsetail Rush (not sure if this will go in the bog or the edge of the pond)
Double Arrowhead
Lizards Tail

For the pond and/or edge of pond:

Creeping Jenny
Floating Lettuce
Lily (can’t recall the name right now)
Water Celery (may put one plant in the bog if there is room)

Bog plants are planted. Finally getting some sun today making it easier to work in the gardens. Next up is to plant Water Celery around my little falls and maybe repotting the horsetail into a larger pot but keeping it in there as I know it can grow out of control.

Another shot of the pond itself. The water is a bit cloudy due to the planting of the bog plants along with their soil. I corralled the water lettuce with the lily as otherwise they were being sucked into the skimmer. The Mare’s Tail is in the middle of the picture about 10” deep and the horsetail has been placed there temporarily.

Thanks @cas! Still a ways to go but it’s running and today a friend of ours just gave us a bunch of free plants so a lot of planting to do tomorrow.

Nice monolith!
Properly arrange a few more and you'll have your very own miniature Stonehenge!
I'd like to see some of those Easter Island statues too!

Here they are!....

I bought one! All said and done $7.25 for the 23.5 cm size. Wish it were bigger, but we'll see. It should look cool.

Looking great. Really enjoying seeing it all come together. Makes me want to start digging pond #2.

I need to pickup some kitty litter but have not made it to Walmart yet. Looked at my local grocer (Hannaford) and they only had scented litter and/or charcoal added, no 100% clay. I guess I take a trip on Friday to find some.

Check your local dollar store too if you have one - like I said, cheapest place I have found it.
