Neighbor had found they plugged all his pipes with cement .I just got grouting my tile it is easier to put tile on the wall with mastic than to grout it ..The constant clean up and then waiting for it to haze is a pain .

Most of my tile I put up with a very small gap, almost grout less. Use the tube of sand less grout, the kitchen took less than 1/2 of a tube to grout it.

I dislike grout, dislike keeping it looking nice and really dislike installing it, fighting the haze the never leaves.

I used sandless also since the tile is glass tile .Geeze wish they sold the tubed kind here .I just needed enough to finish the tile off after I moved the cabinets over .But then the bull nose tile on the end of the countertop .I decided to remove all the old white grout builder put in and put grey grout in it .What a job ..Why white grout for grey tile ,not sure what they were thinking .I seal ll my grout with 3 coats of sealer makes it really easy to clean .Sealer is easy just wipe it on wait and then wipe off excess .

aww easy peasy..................after hands, legs, knees recover............ Sand the concrete and stain it! makes a real pretty floor. But cold. They do it a lot in Arizona.

I don't work for hire, people are too fussy. We do things for free, when we have time and desire. Then you can say you got what you paid for! LOL

We had our basement slated to be worked on this winter, well that all changed. It is my bee storage room, need to remove carpet put down laminate or tile, easier to keep clean from wax, propolis, honey drips etc.

Actually our whole house is a disaster right now. Need to put things away, pick up, etc, just don't feel like it when we get home.

We took a look at the one near HD, some tile, some cabinets, not a lot. A bunch of windows, doors bath tubs etc.

Nothing we could use. It is probably watched by those that live in the area.

The granite was installed today, still need to replace the one upper cabinet. We had them put in a matching window seal.

Now a new disaster...................1128 miles away..................

Our tenant, was weak when we saw her. We were going to terminate the lease, but couldn't kick her out. Just received a call, she is failing at this point. Moved from a hospital to a care facility. Collapsed lung, pneumonia, ulcers on feet, 68 lbs.

We don't know if she will be returning. Neighbors are removing garbage, excess expired food from cupboards and the fridge. They say the house stinks, rotten food, garbage, smells. When we were there in November, it was clean and did not stink. Rats are moving in, we have a company doing control, but can only do it to a point as long as all that bad food is there.

So on our list will be a emergency run to Florida, most of the stuff, furniture is ours. We can do nothing until she passes.
