Pond Breather isn't working :(

I would get those butt splices, some liquid electric tape and a bit of shrink wrap. Splice with the butt splice, coat with the liquid electric tape, put the shrink wrap over all and shrink it. If you want more protection then wrap the entire fix with electric tape.

I have fixed a few critter chewed exterior wires, all work just fine after the fact. The liquid electric tape works great. All of my cam connections have been coated with it. The ones out in the weather.

I bought a de-icer and aerator a few weeks back. I'm all set for the remainder of winter.

I might attempt to fix my breather as well to keep as a backup plan.
