Thank youWelcome, I would start by rounding the corners inside you area so the liner sits tight and not has air gaps . When liners are not on a solid surface they can puncture easily when they are against concrete they become close to indestructible from punctures..
Post your top layer of concrete cap flow the liner over the tip of the way and secure with a termination strip. They get your self a scarifier or a masons cut wheel and make a notch to ride along the termination strip. Add your mortar to rest the cap and your done.
The water will push the epdm into the concrete glue is not necessary. But if you realy want to go that route the epdm primer is a contact cement. Apply to both surfaces you want to glue after a thorough cleaning. Once the glue dries then you want to stick them together but remember once they touch its over that's where it will be.
