I planted it last year and it grew pretty big, I trimmed it to the base before winter and it still hasnt grown back yet. My other grassed have started growing back. anyone else have theirs growing yet.?

It is not rated for our zone's if I had the same as you. Very pretty, but a annual in the cold areas.
