Unfortunately the one female that came in alive early this morning went into septic shock rapidly going downhill and I was not able to stabilize her and she was not able to survive the day Hopefully the care she received at the end made her death a little easier and she was able to tell someone cared for her. She and her 4 tank mates also got a small amount of kindness because all I could offer them was the compassion to make sure they received a decent burial so I am sorry for the bad news but that is the nature of the beast when running this type of operation. I have to admit though this case has really shaken me more than usual. Very sad situation.
