Sealing Small Crack In Filter

I found this on line.It says it is good for ponds but no mention of being safe for goldfish.Has anyone used this?

That might work but if you have a crack in plastic you want to structurally fix it. I have had success with a good quality hot glue gun. Spend the $$ and get a quality gun, they are far hotter.
I used one to build a skimmer with plastic barrels.

Since it says ponds, it is probably fish safe, otherwise they would have a it will kill fish warning.
