The redness on the side doesn't look good and it's starting to look like the scales are sticking out. If that is the case, it could be dropsy. Hopefully someone else has an idea.

The redness indicates a bacterial infection has set in 
The infection could be secondary to any number of things. Are you able to remove it from the pond into a " hospital tank" with aeration ? Do you have access to any broad spectrum antibiotic treatments?
I would suggest you post your situation on koiphen.com It is a strictly koi site and has a section devoted to emergency illness, with experienced koi people.
