@bettasngoldfish I do wonder sometimes how many of us will die w/ a big shovel in our hands down at the bottom of a 6ft hole.........well it really could happen. If it does to me then just throw a liner over me and call it good

Thats the truth. I have increased the size of my pond 3 times after the initial install of a preformed, to a bigger preformed, to a 20x20 liner, and then digging the shelves in there deeper, and plan to dig out the middle shelf of my current pond in a few weeks so that will make 4 remodels for me in 3 years!
