The Garden Mart is located in Mukwonago, Wi. Most is strictly garden plants however it has a section for pond plants too. They don't have a wide variety, but I saw everything from Water Hyacinth to Horsetail Rush, and from Sweet Flag to Lotuses. All in all they have a nice little selection. They also sell fish but I didn't see any Shubunkins or Comets.
I wouldn't necessarily consider it a destination if you don't live in Southeastern Wisconsin, but if you do, its a nice place to stop to pick up some plants. They also have a Koi pond on display.
I personally purchased three plants from there (Dwarf Horsetail, Large Water Hyacinth, Variegated Japanese Sedge) and all are doing good.
Here's a short video of their pond.
