So, this is the pond I have in my garden. As I said when I introduced myself, I have no clue what I'm doing. Though over the past couple of days I've been reading as much and I can. But yeah, as you'll see from the pictures it's just a huge mess, and to be fair I think it has potential to look nice once work gets put into it. Which is why over the next few week/months I'm going to do as much as possible. Any bad points or things you dont like the look of please let me know, any advice will be taken good or bad. Thanks guys.

So I decided to try and start to build a water fall. I just dug a away until I was happy with the position of the filter box, then started building a rough shape with the mud. Not sure what the end result is going to look. But I had to stop today cause I got mega sun burn. So I'll start back tomorrow :) but here's the pictures of what I have so far. Tomorrow I will just add some more mud, shape it, add the underlay and bricks.
