Careful with that Ionizer. Copper is lethal to fish! Will work wonderful in fishless water features. Like a fountain water feature that houses no fish. Those copper levels rise so quickly with ph and alkalitity. The amount of copper needed to kill algae is really too high for fish. Once high copper levels are exposed to fish that's it, the fish are retaining those levels. They won't die instantly, but over time the levels build up and in a season or two all your fish may die.
