Dang….. had to drag off all that beautiful moss that was growing on my waterfall, it was diverting water out of the pond and my water level was dropping….. but not to worry….. it will be right back by July, and the kiddos love it when I do it…. LoL

It’s amazing to watch them, they will eat that moss until there is nothing left but some dirt. I have even watched them getting getting 6” out of the water to try to get some

I guess they have different taste, I have watched videos of Koi eating watermelon…. I have tried numerous times, mine won’t touch it

They absolutely have individual tastes. All of my koi love watermelon except for one - he won't touch it even when all the other fish are swarming & eating like crazy.
