I never knew you could feed watermelon to goldfish. I'll have to give it a try next time I have some.

Once they figured it out they were all in. Kept them busy all afternoon. I like finding things they actually have to work at. They are such Divas.

If they've never had it it might take them awhile to get used to it. Start w/tiny pieces

Did the photos come through? It took a little while before they caught on, then they ate it from underwater from the bottom up. The round intact rind keeps it afloat. For hours.

Yes, little piggys that they are. True, it often does take some time to figure out an unfamiliar food source.
