Yes! Koiguy makes the best weirs!! But, his something that he uses to make them "took a dump" LOL....
I did order the pieces to make them out of the HDPE cutting boards. I ordered a 12" X 24" and a 12" X 30" plus I ordered 4 pieces of 3" X 12" to make sides for them. With shipping the cost was $87.56. Hope it works!

Here are some more pictures, the capping stones are on, the water has been emptied and refilled (ph holding steady at 8), four inhabitants (3 small koi, and a shubunkin).

I'm not going to do anymore building around the waterfall yet, as I think I will be re-designing the filter that feeds the falls, the present filter will do for this year, but I found some 55gal drums at work, so might as well use them.

Thanks Rory.

I like the way your corner stones are and how you put your filter inside that vault area where if it overflows it will go back into the pond, great job

Thanks for all the comments,

I have spent all day today enjoying it as the weather has been kind, although it did start off cold with the first frost of the year. Unfortunately according to my pond thermometer it was 31.3°C in the water, so either I have dug down close to a thermal spring or the thermometer is broken, I expect the latter.

Yes I think I will add one onto the redesigned filter in the spring, very clever idea.

And I'm complaining about the heat in the 90's again today and was 89 yesterday and it was a great idea for a weir
