garden treasures pumps

Has anyone used Garden Treasures pumps sold at Lowes? I bought 2 in March and the 3600 gallon failed this week. The cover came off the impeller and stripped it. It's under warranty but I still had to get a replacement till the new one gets here.

I just had a 330 gph burn out. But it had been in place for over two years. I bought another and expect it to work for the next couple of years.

My primary pump is a Beckett from Home Depot. Whenever I have had failures, I just take them back and get new ones free.

I have the same size pump and I bought mine last fall. So far it is working well. However on my old pump I had a home made filter that worked very well for the past 5 years. However it doesn't work well with the new Garden Treasures pump. What kind of filter do you have?

the LOWES here sell Tetrapond exclusively...good pumps!! 3 year warranty i have 3, all work fantastic
