Took a few Pics of the pond and Patio with plant life still thriveing, which will probably be about over judging from the cold nights were getting--I expect a killing frost anyday now. Fish are barely eating now and are hanging a lot deeper in the pond. As soon as frost hits I plan on cutting down the pond plants and stretching leaf netting over it to stop the mess I had last year.

Wow, SMM, your house is gorgeous! Love that view from the back, don't think I've seen that angle before. I must come by sometime and see it in person and get the personal tour! Will PM you when I get a free weekend, maybe weekend after Columbus Day!
I am amazed at the size of your elephant ear at the top of your waterfall. What is it growing in? I obviously must have dwarf varieties, LOL, or just no knack for growing them. I know you have lots of shade, so wondering if they do better is at least partial shade. I beg you for your tricks with growing them so large! Sissy and others also have huge elephant ears, as does my former husband's uncle. He promised me he will give me his "secrets" for them and the banana trees he has growing as well.
