City water. I've been using salt crystals to dechlorinate for the past 2 years. I also added stress coat, which is supposed to dechlorinate as well.

Do you have a water test kit? If it was my pond, I'd test the water right away. I'd keep the aerator going and not add anything else, barley etc. to the pond. What dechlor are you using? I use Prime, as it neutralizes both chlorine and chloramines.
