As long as the concrete is clean and dry it will last .I remembered I put a clear sealer over my painted floors in NJ .But a little wear and fading makes it look better .

Wait, what happened to the pride and joy of doing it yourself?? LOLOL Hahahahahaha oh goodness given how much paint you got on yourself that was probably a great idea.
And I'm pretty sure my husbands face has frozen in place from giving me the look ALL THE TIME.

lol after all the caulking painting we have done on rentals, actually have gotten decent at it. Hint on caulk a little goes a long way! A wet finger, glove (vinyl) makes it smooth out real nice. Smooth as you go ow it bunches up as it dries a bit.

Yeah.. You and hubby both super helpful... after... LOL o_O:ROFLMAO:
The outside looks hideous, I just ended up smearing it to resemble cake icing and called it a day.
The inside I might have to go back over and add a layer. It's not too terrible
Hahahaha yeah it is. :inpain:

Yeah. Darn it... I'm going to wait and see what happens the next time it rains. I am so over sitting on my butt on hard concrete. Lol
Besides, even with the tips, I'm not sure I could do a better job.
Ok I totally could since it does look like a drunk gorilla did it, I JUST DON'T WANT TO... hehe
*sigh
I need wine.

Haha @Nyboy and who can argue with "art"???

Got lights and curtains hung and most of my pots painted. I have to wait on the floor since the roof is still leaking.
Now the fun begins though, I get to fill all my pots!! So far I've got a white bird of paradise, 2 vincas, and some liriope.
