I was checking out our house via the cameras found this cutie loving the bird feeder poles

He sat there fluffing his feathers, tail and wings.

It sat there for around 10 minutes after I saw it. Just fluffing its tail feathers and wings. The feeders are empty waiting for my house sitters to fill them up. So the birds were safe lol

The hawk really has to work to get food, the birds are alert and fast. Their favorite food is the frogs.

It sure has pretty tail feathers. He wants his Christmas dinner. Will it be fowl or frog this year? I don't want to know :cautious:

Frogs are hiding, maybe. But it is warm there so they might not be, most likely fowl

They have the neatest screech, call the whole time they are flying, just love to listen to them
