Waterfall and frog spawn

Greetings
I have a pond with a waterfall.. More of a trickle than a waterfall.

Frogs have laid spawn next to rocks about 10cm from where the waterfall flow lands.

Should I turnoff the solar pump until the spawn have hatched??
Or will the water flow and oxygenation benefit the spawn??

Toads do the same throughout my pond every spring. I leave the pumps on and let nature take its course. Did they spawn while the pump was off?

It is a solar pump, so there is a trickle of water.
My wife got bothered that the flow would harm them.

So I am trying to get feedback from other people with ponds. To find out if it should be turned off or not.

Perhaps the frogs chose a suitable location while your pump was running then. I have read they like still waters but would be surprised if a trickle of water would be an issue. Are there other inhabitants that benefit from the water fall? I definitely would not turn it off if there is.
