Thanks colleen, by mid summer it is hard to tell there is water down there..............but the lilies are pretty!

Ya, I hear you. The plants take over and suddenly the ponds look smaller. Enjoying another nice day by my ponds. ALTHOUGH Last night was pretty frosty again.

How come all the frogs are down south? I never get frogs! I tried once to get tadpoles years ago but they grew up and hopped away

Ha ha ha! Fairies and frogs, I guess the little fairies are afraid the big frogs will mistake them for a big fly, with their little wings. So they must have banned frogs from my pond

I turned the aerator on for the season, today. While I was feeding the fish tonight, a pair of Canadian geese landed in my lower pond.

We had our first good spring rain of the year! I love how it brings the colors out in everything.

Love your nicely lined up lilies, mine are just shoved in here and there. Still shallow so they get a good start on the season.
