No set schedule here as if it's wet we can't mow so whenever it gets long and it's dry we mow.

sort of same here, usually when it is long enough my pup does not like to go pee, it tickles her belly. But it tends to be about every two weeks or so, plus minus. The back field I ignore off and on, gives plant coverage for the critter.

Have tried many times to get my stainless steel ball to spin in my falls but never would stay there. Turned on my aerator the other day which sends lots of bubbles up to the top of the water. Must have sent the ball over to the waterfall and now the ball is spinning all on it's own. It's like it is mocking me, saying it will do what it wants when it wants, lol!

I was sitting in my "bird watching chair" today and noticed I was the one being watched.

Over the past year, the material on my cheap swing wore out. Today, I fixed it up with some boards.

We had our big old cedar “skirted” to reduce it’s broad lower canopy. I avoided it for a decade but it had to be done to reduce windfall and appease grouchy new neighbors. I love that century-old tree. It was growing decades before any houses were here.
