Sissy, Sorry to hear about your popeye Pretty sure I lost a couple of fish to a bigger bullfrog. He's relocated now. Decided to keep my fantail in my stock tank pond.
Safer for him and his 2 buddies.

Yesterday was absolutely beautiful. I added water to the pond yesterday and of course we got 2 inches of rain last night. Severe weather expected tonight.
Daughter getting married on Friday so been really busy. It is an outdoor wedding so hoping for a dry day. Fingers crossed.

Wow, Sissy, I keep thinking of that frog eating your fantail fish! I cannot imagine that happening here, and I have some large bullfrogs! Guess my frogs have not figured out to eat the fish, there must be other food sources easier for them to catch. Sorry to hear about your loss, darn it ...

5 inches of rain in the last 24 hours. Still storms to get through tonight. Pond on overflow.

We have more rain coming, this is one wet June, so far we are at 6.78 inches.

Well most of my trees shrubs and plants got a shot of miracle grow and epsom salts .Another hot day coming .We hit 98 yesterday and not sure what the heat index was .I have to mow today as soon as the grass dries out .Waiting for call from social security so I can get all this stuff settled .Then normalcy will return

Nope, haven't even tried the AC yet. Only work at the garden centre two days a week, and with all the rain we've been having, I can't do much OUTSIDE, so...

I've been to Ontario once, back when Barrie had a tornado go through it. (I was on my motorbike at the time)
I remenber Ontario being hot and humid, I think that was about 30 years ago. Good grief..30 years ago...

time flies and you don't realize it until you think of something you did and then you say it could not have been that long ago ,but it was .Got my air set at 77 and guessing it was to cool in here for chihuahuas because I came in from mowing the yard and there they are both under the blankets peeking out at me .
